After a successful hunt take time to visit one of Texas' great lakes. Lake Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend, both about an hour north are fantastic lakes for Bass, Crappie and Catfishing. Sabine Lake, about an hour south is considered by some to be the most productive place on the Texas Gulf Coast for Speckled Trout, Redfish and Flounder.  And any of the three can offer some spectacular duck hunting when the season is on.
